In accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, New Territories Women and Juveniles Welfare Association (“NTWJWA”) has adopted the following policies to safeguard web user’s personal information and is committed to protecting its confidentiality.

Personal information may include name, title, company, address, phone number, e-mail address etc. The personal information NTWJWA collects is used only by NTWJWA for carrying out the functions or activities stated on the collection screen. NTWJWA will not disclose personal information to third parties unless release is required by law or is pertinent to judicial or government investigations or proceedings.
    

2. NTWJWA’s web server tracks and collects general information about the visits to this website. Domain Name Server addresses and the pages which have been visited will be recorded. The information will only be used for statistical purposes.
    

3. Everyone has the right to request access to or correction of the personal data provided. Request for personal data access and correction should be made by sending email to NTWJWA.
