Founder's Day

In memory of the legacy of Ms. Leung Sing-tak BBS, MBE, JP for her establishment of the New Territories Women & Juveniles Welfare Association, we have decided to specify the International Day of Families (15 May each year) as Founder's Day (Sing-tak Day 省德日) since 2023.
